Cleanroom — technical previewView the plan, section and details →
Illustrative diagram. Dimensions and solutions must be agreed for the specific project.

Cleanroom

A smooth cleanroom envelope with clearly separated personnel and material access. The drawings show airlocks, the ceiling, hygienic junctions and service coordination points.

Scope and coordination

Panel envelope, system connections and finishes, plus openings coordinated with the project’s process design.

Process design, HVAC, filtration, pressure balance and cascade, door interlocks, services, floor and validation require separate agreements. PM does not declare a cleanliness class based on the envelope alone.

How we organise installation

  1. We review the documents and agree which works and junctions belong to Panel Montage.
  2. We agree site readiness, delivery sequence, equipment and inspection points before junctions are concealed.
  3. After agreeing the terms, we confirm crew availability. Scope changes, delays and acceptance follow the written project arrangements.

Examples and documentation

Our portfolio contains confirmed panel installation work, including walls and ceilings. These records are not presented as references for a certified cleanroom.

Questions before we start

Does panel installation alone establish a cleanliness class?

No. Room classification depends on the entire technical solution and its validation. PM does not claim a cleanliness class based on the enclosure alone.

Who is responsible for HVAC and pressure cascades?

The designers and contractors responsible for those trades. Enclosure interfaces, doors and service penetrations must be agreed before installation.

Do you provide materials and heavy equipment?

The client normally provides materials, a prepared supporting structure and access equipment. Any other division must be agreed separately before pricing.

Can you give a price per m² and a start date immediately?

Pricing depends on the documents, scope and logistics. A fixed price requires a defined scope. We confirm dates after checking crew availability and site readiness.
