Panel Montage is an installation partner for general contractors and companies delivering industrial projects. We specialise in sandwich panel installation, from hall walls and roofs to cold store and freezer room envelopes and enclosed technical rooms.
We combine our team’s practical installation experience with the organisation of international projects. We work from project documentation, agree the boundaries of responsibility and assign a crew to the scope and programme. We operate throughout Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Belgium.
Panel Montage Sp. z o.o. has operated since 2025. The team’s experience dates back to 2010 and covers a combined 800,000 m², including work before the current company was established. We have four crews; availability and composition are confirmed for each project.

Maciej leads the technical and operational side of Panel Montage. His experience covers sandwich panel installation and cold store and freezer room envelopes on sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.
He discusses planned projects and long-term cooperation with general contractors and investors. He assesses the installation scope, plans crew workloads and agrees delivery conditions with site partners. At quotation stage, he checks the technical assumptions, sequence and time required. Paweł Reutt

Paweł is responsible for Panel Montage’s business and technological development, process automation, commercial cooperation and contract terms. He combines experience in running companies with structuring processes, documentation and partner communications.
Together with Maciej, he prepares the basis of the offer: scope, programme, payment terms and division of responsibilities. He is your first contact for a new project and for agreeing how we will work together.

Maciej assesses delivery capabilities, while Paweł finalises commercial and organisational arrangements. This ensures that the quoted scope reflects the work the crew is expected to carry out on site.
Before mobilisation, we agree documentation, access to the work area, materials, equipment and coordination. During the works, we account for the agreed scope and document changes. Supervision and reporting arrangements are tailored to each contract.

We install wall and roof panels, cold store and freezer room envelopes, internal walls and panel flashings. We define the scope for cleanrooms and data centre zones from the documentation for each room. In 2026, the team completed Kingspan KingZip SF installation training.
We work as a specialist installation contractor. Responsibilities for the prepared structure, design, material supply and access equipment are allocated in the contract arrangements. Work starts after the scope and site conditions are confirmed.
