Website terms of use
Version dated
Rules for using the Panel Montage website, calculator, materials and forms.
1. Service provider and scope
The website is operated by Panel Montage Sp. z o.o., ul. Polna 22, 72-350 Niechorze, Poland; Tax ID (NIP) 8571942107, Statistical ID (REGON) 541537497, National Court Register (KRS) 0001168990. Contact: [email protected], +48 516 186 815.
The website presents installation services for businesses, completed projects, cooperation and recruitment arrangements, and guides. Free features include browsing content, downloading materials, the calculator, enquiries and applications. The website is not an online shop and does not accept installation orders through a shopping cart or online payment.
2. Conditions of use
You need an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS. The calculator, forms and some navigation require JavaScript. The published website requires an internet connection; a response to a submission requires a working email address. PDFs can be opened in a browser or PDF reader.
Use of a free feature begins at your request when you open content, run the calculator or submit a form. You may stop at any time by closing the website. Closing it does not withdraw a message successfully sent earlier in the production version.
Do not provide unlawful content, other people’s data without authority or harmful files. Do not disrupt the website. These terms may be saved or printed free of charge using your browser.
3. Calculator and quotations
The calculator gives an indicative result based on the parameters entered and the stated assumptions. Amounts are in euros, excluding VAT. The result includes only estimated items: labour and the entered costs of travel, mobilisation and any accommodation. An empty cost field means not estimated, rather than zero. Materials and heavy equipment are excluded.
Output, crew size, working time and the allowance for flashings are preliminary assumptions. Site conditions, installation height, access, logistics, weather and documentation may change cost and programme. The result does not confirm a price for a specific order, crew availability or dates.
Transferring calculations to the form does not send an enquiry. An offer requires individual assessment of documentation and scope. These website terms do not replace an installation works contract.
4. Enquiries and documentation
Provide contact details and describe your needs. Documentation is optional: up to three PDF, DWG, JPG/JPEG or PNG files, with a combined size of 5 MiB. Send only documents you are entitled to share.
A success message with a submission number means your message has been saved in the Panel Montage system. It does not confirm that the message has been read, a job has been accepted or a contract has been concluded. Staff notifications are sent separately. If an error occurs, follow the message shown; resubmitting an unchanged application in the same open tab uses the same identifier to reduce duplicates.
The subject, price, dates, responsibilities, acceptance and liability are defined by an individual contract. A project description does not extend the agreed scope of another project.
5. Work and crew cooperation
An application allows you to present your experience, role and availability. A CV or crew profile is optional: one PDF, JPG/JPEG or PNG file up to 5 MiB. Do not send an identity document.
An application starts a discussion and suitability assessment. It does not guarantee employment, an assignment, a place in a crew or a response within a specified time. Working terms require separate agreement. Consent to inclusion in the future recruitment database is voluntary; the rules are described in the GDPR information notice.
6. Guides and content rights
Articles, diagrams, photographs and examples are for information. They do not replace a design, structural calculations, manufacturer instructions, construction documentation or site-specific safety rules. Before using a solution, consider its technical conditions and applicable requirements.
Materials help users understand Panel Montage’s work and prepare for cooperation. Further use of protected content requires appropriate authorisation, subject to statutory exceptions, including permitted use and quotation rights. External links lead to services with their own rules.
7. Issues and complaints
Report a website issue or a complaint about a free electronic service to [email protected] or in writing to the company address. Describe the feature, page, date, what happened and the resolution sought. Provide a contact for the response. Do not attach passwords or unnecessary personal data.
The report will be reviewed and a response sent to the address provided, taking account of deadlines under applicable law. Complaints concerning installation work are governed by the separate contract and applicable law.
8. Privacy and changes
Data handling is described in the privacy policy and GDPR information notice. Reading these terms does not constitute consent to marketing or additional data processing.
These terms do not restrict users’ mandatory legal rights. Matters not covered are governed by applicable Polish law, including the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, without prejudice to the protection applicable in the circumstances.
Changes to website features may require updated terms. A new version will be dated; it does not retrospectively change completed services or individual contracts.
