Installation, repair and installer training.
Our core business is sandwich panel installation for industrial projects across Europe. Two further lines of work grow from the same site experience: localised panel repair and the recruitment and training of installers.
Panel Montage is an installation partner for general contractors, construction companies and investors. We install sandwich panel walls and roofs of industrial buildings, cold store and freezer room envelopes, internal walls and flashings.
Panel Cure+ is our brand for sandwich panel repair, and monterplytwarstwowych.pl is our recruitment website. Each has its own website, so your enquiry goes straight to the right place: a new installation project, a damaged panel or work in our installation teams.
Sandwich panel installation.
We install wall and roof panels, cold store and freezer room envelopes, internal walls and panel flashings. We define the scope for cleanrooms and data centre zones from the documentation for each room.
We work from project documentation, agree the boundaries of responsibility before mobilisation and assign a crew to the scope and programme. We operate throughout Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Belgium.

Sandwich panel repair.
Panel Cure+ carries out localised repairs of wall and roof sandwich panels on industrial buildings and warehouses: dents, scratches and damaged coating. As part of the repair, we refinish the repaired area.
We start with an assessment from your photos and, where necessary, a site survey. Not all damage qualifies for a localised repair; if it does not, we say so before quoting. We also help main contractors with damage that occurs during construction, before the building is handed over.
We do not paint entire walls or roofs, and we do not repair trapezoidal sheeting.
On 25 October 2026, three members of our team completed the 16-hour Pro-Painter Academy programme “Spot Repair of OEM Coil Coatings on Sandwich Panels”.

On monterplytwarstwowych.pl we recruit sandwich panel installers, helpers and crew leaders for our own crews, for work in Poland and abroad. Abroad, we currently recruit for B2B cooperation in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We train and onboard new people for sandwich panel installation. A helper in Poland starts alongside an experienced installer, and we match onboarding to each person’s experience and tasks on site.
We are not a staffing agency. We carry out the installation work ourselves, and the people we recruit work on Panel Montage projects. This is how we build our own installation crews.
