Before arriving on site, we agree what we will install, each party’s responsibilities and how work will be charged. You know what we need from you and what you will receive at each stage.

    We agree the scope and quotation

    You confirm the scope and responsibilities for materials, equipment and logistics.

    We agree hourly or fixed-price terms and set out the rules for additional work.

    An offer with the scope, exclusions and a clear division of responsibilities.

    We prepare the team's mobilisation

    Your responsibilities
    You confirm work area readiness, deliveries and site access.
    Our responsibilities
    We agree crew composition and dates. We verify documentation, health and safety requirements and installation arrangements.
    Outcome
    A confirmed start plan and designated contacts.
  4. 04

    We install the agreed scope

    Your responsibilities
    You appoint a contact for day-to-day site decisions.
    Our responsibilities
    We install panels, joints and flashings in line with the documentation. We coordinate interfaces with other trades and report obstacles.
    Outcome
    The completed scope, including approved changes.
  5. 05

    We inspect and report

    Your responsibilities
    You approve arrangements and any changes to the scope.
    Our responsibilities
    We inspect completed joints and details within our scope. We report progress and items requiring agreement.
    Outcome
    A report in the agreed format and a list of items to close out.
  6. 06

    We present the work for handover

    Your responsibilities
    You inspect the agreed scope with the person responsible for the contract.
    Our responsibilities
    We jointly inspect the work, record comments and compile the agreed documentation.
    Outcome
    A handover record and settlement in line with the project terms.
