Sandwich panel installer: Netherlands

Installation scope

• Sandwich panel walls and roofs, associated flashings, sealing and finishing details.
• Industrial buildings: production halls, warehouses, logistics centres, cold stores and freezer rooms. Materials are supplied by the client.
• Panel Montage manages installation and pays its subcontractors directly. We are not an employment agency.

Contracting terms

• B2B subcontracting. The rate for an experienced installer is agreed individually. We confirm the terms before work starts, after discussing experience and the agreed scope. Beginner installer: a starting rate of 20 EUR/h.
• We guarantee 50 hours per week: 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Additional Saturday work may be available; the written work order specifies the schedule.
• Monthly invoicing, payable within 14 days of a correct invoice with its supporting documents.
• A rate increase can be considered only after at least one month and an assessment of quality, independence and safe working. Maciej and Paweł decide; an increase is not automatic.
• One agreed rate, with no weekend premiums. The standard rotation is 5 weeks on site followed by 2 weeks off.

Travel and site arrangements

• Panel Montage provides accommodation during the assignment, a vehicle at the location, travel between accommodation and site, and basic hand and power tools.
• The contractor arranges travel from Poland to the site and back, and pays for meals.
• We help with paperwork and organising VCA. New subcontractors pay the full cost of their own VCA course and examination; Panel Montage does not finance or advance this cost.
• A team leader handles the site introduction. Cooperation is reviewed after 7 and 30 days.

What we check before contracting

• An active self-employed business or company before signing a work order. Mention it if you are still planning registration.
• Describe your experience and the work you have personally performed. We match the scope to your skills and project requirements.
• Safe working at height, responsibility for quality and clear communication with the team leader.
• Documents before travel: identity document, A1, liability insurance and VCA. Describe their status in your application; do not upload an identity document scan.
• Basic English, a category B driving licence, access-platform qualifications and team-leading experience are advantages. English is not mandatory.
